After 2 years of exploring various areas of design my passion for a particular design discipline was discovered in my final year at university where my creative, yet logical approach to design seemed a perfect fit for Wayfinding and Information Design. The thought process behind design and the strategies employed are an important part of all my work. I apply a common sense approach, paired with creative thinking to form well thought out solutions to any design problem.
I have experience of working in both a large global multidisciplinary consultancy as well as a small specialist wayfinding studio, adapting and growing my skills and approach where appropriate to fit the needs of the business. My varied knowledge on a variety of wayfinding approaches and sectors comes from working on systems in many different areas including transport hubs, urban environments, car parks, shopping centres, hospitals and sport stadia.
